These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Hyproctor (“Service,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
User (Recruiter): Any individual or organization using Hyproctor to monitor interviews.
Candidate (Interviewee): Any individual being interviewed via Hyproctor.
These definitions ensure clarity in responsibilities and data handling.
Each User account is personal and non-transferable. Account sharing with others is strictly prohibited. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and ensuring no unauthorized access occurs.
For the Free Plan, each session is limited to a maximum number of hours per session, calculated from the duration of the proctoring session. For the Pro Plan, each account is limited to a maximum number of hours per month, calculated from the cumulative duration of all proctoring sessions. Termination of a proctoring session must be done explicitly by the User by clicking the relevant termination button. Hyproctor is not liable if a User forgets to terminate a session and time is mistakenly calculated.
Users must not attempt to hack, tamper with, manipulate, or invade the Hyproctor app or platform. Users must not use the Service for hacking investigations or any activity intended to compromise security. Any attempt to circumvent usage limits, reverse engineer the software, or exploit vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.
Hyproctor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently restrict accounts for any reason, including suspected abuse, violation of these Terms, or illegal activity. Users may be notified of suspension or termination where possible, but Hyproctor is not obligated to provide advance notice.
Subscriptions provide access to Hyproctor for the period you select (monthly or annual). In principle, subscription payments are non-refundable once processed, regardless of usage or accidental purchase. For annual plans, Hyproctor may review account activity and, at its sole discretion, consider a partial refund of up to 50% of the total amount. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Hyproctor is not liable for any errors, miscalculations, or data loss caused by User negligence, including failure to terminate a session. The Service is provided “as is,” and Hyproctor makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted use, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States of America.
Hyproctor may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through email or within the Service interface. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
