Hyproctor (“we,” “our,” or “the Service”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect data from both Users (recruiters) and Candidates (interviewees).
User (Recruiter): Any individual or organization using Hyproctor to monitor interviews.
Candidate (Interviewee): Any individual being interviewed via Hyproctor.
This distinction ensures we clearly describe how each type of data is handled.
For Users: Name, email address, organization name, LinkedIn URL, IP address, usage statistics (specifically the time duration of each interview session for subscription limits)
For Candidates: No personal data is stored. During interviews, data collected for detection purposes (process checks, virtual device detection, screenshots for AI analysis, IP address validation, network scan) is only processed in real-time during the session. No recordings, biometrics, or personal identifiers are stored beyond the temporary runtime check.
For Users:
For Candidates:
For Users: We retain only basic account data (email, name, organization, IP) as long as the account is active. Session durations are stored to calculate subscription usage limits.
Candidates: All interview-related runtime data is isolated to the live session. Once the interview ends, no personal or session data can be retrieved, either by the User or by Hyproctor.
All user account data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. All runtime checks for interviews occur in isolated memory environments, and no permanent storage of candidate data occurs. Signed exclusive apps for paid users provide additional cryptographic security to prevent tampering. Regular updates and monitoring ensure the system is protected against unauthorized access.
User Information: Only shared with Hyproctor employees or contractors as needed to manage accounts or subscriptions. Not shared with third parties for marketing or sale.
Candidate Information: No candidate information is stored; therefore, no data is shared externally. Users only see session-relevant alerts during the interview.
Can request access, correction, or deletion of their account data. Can cancel subscriptions at any time to stop future charges.
Hyproctor is designed to comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant privacy regulations. By never storing interview content or candidate personal information, we minimize regulatory risk while protecting candidates’ privacy.
Hyproctor may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes through email or app notifications.
